What is a Will?
A will transfers probate assets to listed beneficiary at death. Although it is not required, it might be helpful to complete our will information sheet to bring with you to your estate planning appointment.
What is a Living Will?
The declarant states IF he/she does or does not want life support once two physicians have determined that death will occur within a reasonably short period of time, and IF he/she does or does not want life support if he/she is in a persistent vegetative state.
